Welcome to Fairplay/ Bibs n Balls coaching company. We are a Midlands based sports company established in 1997.

My name is Dale Rudge, ex professional  footballer, I have played for my local team Wolverhampton Wanderers before moving on to Preston North End then onto Norway to continue my football career, then moving back home to help Hednesford and Stourbridge Fc.

With my UEFA B licence I have coached for the West Midlands county under 18s, Kidderminster Harriers youth team and Worcestershire centre of excellence. I have set up various programmes, for disabled adults and children and main stream sport within schools.

Whatever the requirements are then Fairplay/ Bibs n Balls can be your solution. We can offer your school inclusive sports within breakfast, lunch and after school clubs, curriculum and PPA cover, training courses for staff, also summer fetes and fundraising activities. For parents and children we can offer holiday courses and excellent birthday parties to relieve the stress for the parents of organising the day.

We are head of netball development coach for Dudley MBC; you may know the company from delivering Sportlink netball within your school during curriculum or after school. Underneath myself I have a bank of reliable quality coaches headed by Lynsey Rudge; all coaches have national governing body (NGB) qualifications in various sports, a Dudley DBS, prevent , safeguarding in sport and first aid certificates and references all of which are linked to a programme named SISS which ensures the safety and quality within schools is met.
